I received your dvd package in the mail yesterday and I just did the Level 1
dvd and (wow) THAT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST LEG BUTT HIP AND THIGH
WORKOUT I HAVE EVER DONE..and I have done just about all there is
out there, from the buns of steel videos to billy blanks tae bo ultimate
butt workout and I love this one, When you say you can feel it working
you really can feel it working from the very first workout...I did 1 set of 15
on all the leg, butt, hip and thigh exercises and wow.....& I thought I
was in great shape too..lol! I always thought in order to get a good workout
you have to use the heavy weights to get the results, but after just finishing
this workout I can feel the burn right where I'm supposed to - Without
weights or machines !! ...Great dvds looking forward to an upper body one

Dear Joey,

I apologize for not getting on this e-mail sooner. If you recall, I received a phone call from you after I ordered my last set of your fitness videos. I promised to send an e-mail with my comments for you to use as needed for your website. Having returned to college as a 51 year old student, caring for my family of six, and trying to stay healthy and fit, all have been keeping me very busy! So, if you would still like to have my thoughts, here they are...


I first found your website while searching the web for health and fitness info. Although I fitness walk approximately 30 miles per week and have a home gym I was looking for some specific exercises for muscle strengthening and toning. I ordered your Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh video and WOW was I ever impressed!! I had never, and I stress never, before done any exercise routine that targeted so many specific muscles. My teenage daughters soon tried your video and were sold. We all love that no special equipment is necessary. I love your common sense approach to fitness and health. It is especially important for me to have my kids hear from you, the expert, the same messages that I am always trying to make clear to them. I am a registered nurse with a keen interest in health and nutrition.


It makes me crazy to see the things (wacko diets, potions, gadgets, etc.) that people buy into when really all that is needed is at their fingertips: sensible nutrition, regular exercise and rest, and a recognition of the responsibility and privilege that they have in caring for the body with which they have been blessed. Long story short, I have ordered all of your videos (Abs & Core, Upper Body Fitness, Optimum Fle and have found each of them to be the best we have ever tried. The results are amazing! You are a breath of fresh air in a market that has, for the most part, gone over the top in preying upon people's ignorance and vulnerability. The fact that you truly try to educate people in the process is admirable and your enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you so much, Joey, for your commitment to doing it right and doing it honestly.
